What are the delivery charges?

GB Mainland Standard Delivery sent by Royal Mail

Small Products £4.95                                                                                                     

Large Products or requested shipment to be sent via courier £9.95 

Furniture items require a bespoke quote typically average £25.00 -£35.00, the price will be established at checkout. 

Next Day Delivery (must be ordered by 1pm example: if ordered on a Monday before 1pm will receive Tuesday, if ordered after 1pm will receive Wednesday) £12.95

Scottish Highlands & Islands £12.95

Rest of the UK £13.95 (Isle of Man, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands)

 

How long does delivery take?

All standard delivery orders will take 2-5 working days. All next day delivery orders (depending on time ordered) will take 1-2 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship internationally. Although for us to give the most reasonable shipping price we do this on customer by customer case. If you want a quote for international shipping before ordering email us at enquiries@studiosavvy.co.uk.

How quickly is my order processed?

For all standard deliverey orders please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. All Next day delivery orders will be processed the same day the order has been placed.

I have not yet received my order?

If you have not yet received your order, please check you have allowed upto 7 working days. This factors in processing time and standard delivery time-frame. If it is beyond 7 working days email us at sales@studiosavvy.co.uk. If you have paid for next day delivery or courier- we recommend you email us after allowing the recommended shipment time.

How do I return an item?

In the event that you want to return an item(s) the first step is to give us an email to returns@studiosavvy.co.uk or you can give us a call on 01928 263063. We can then send you the relevant information for you to return the item(s).

Any item(s) that are being returned, must be returned within 21 days of receiving the item(s). Item(s) should be returned in the original packaging, in the same condition you received it. Any returns charges are your own responsibility. We recommend returning purchases over the value of £50 to be sent by trackable courier or Royal Mail Signed for where some insurance is given.  

In the event we receive an item damaged or defected in anyway, which has not been reported to us, a partial refund will be given.

Once a returned item(s) has been received by us a refund will be issued within 7 working days. The refund will be for product cost only, we do not refund original shipping costs. The refund will be issued to the original card paid with or via paypal.

What do I do if I want to exchange my item?

At this time, we can only exchange your item in the unlikely event you have received the item(s) damaged or defected in some way. We do check all our items thoroughly before they are sent out to our customers, so will do everything to fix the situation should it arise.

Where a exchange is required, please email us at returns@studiosavvy.co.uk or you can call us on 01928 263063. Please have your name, address and order number to hand.

We will cover the cost of postage for the damaged item to be returned to us, and will arrange a replacement to be sent out to you. Exchanges can take up to 7 working days to be processed, and will be shipped back to you free of charge, allowing a further 2-5 days.

I have bought a sale item and want to return/exchange it- how do I do this?

Unfortunately only full priced items are eligible for a refund. Although the item maybe eligible for exchange if it has been received damaged. In this case please follow the exchange instructions.

I have received my item, but it is damaged, what do I do?

In the event you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as you can on enquiries@studiosavvy.co.uk referencing your name, address and order number. You can also call us on 01928 263063. We will respond to you as soon as we can. We will be more than happy to refund or exchange any faulty item.

I have seen an item in the Studio Savvy shop- its currently out of stock, will you be receiving more?

Any item that is showing a stock indication, will mean we will be getting more in stock. In the instance we can't get the item any more the item will be removed from the website completely. We would recommend emailing us at sales@studiosavvy.co.uk and we can arrange for you to secure the item and it will be posted within 48 hours of us having it back in stock.

I have seen an item I love online, but can't seem to source it can you help?

We can certainly help with sourcing an item you love. We have many contacts who supply a great array of items. Please get in touch at enquiries@studiosavvy.co.uk or you are more than welcome to give us a call.

I have been interested in the design service, but unsure if its for me who do I contact?

If you're interested in any of the design services we offer, we will be more than happy to explain your options with a free  30 minute consultation. We can do this over the phone for your convenience and will discuss what package would be best for you. We pride ourselves on tailored design services.
